ABOUT OUR STORE

This website is operated by Sizzlin Meat’s Inc., based in Niagara, Ontario, Canada. These terms apply to purchases through our online store, together with the product details, payment terms and policies presented before purchase.

PRODUCTS AND PRICING

Prices are in Canadian dollars unless another currency is expressly displayed. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown before you complete your purchase.

Product photographs may show promotional packaging concepts. Final packaging and artwork may vary. We will communicate material changes to an ordered product and offer cancellation and a refund if we cannot supply it as described.

We may update prices and offers for future purchases. Changes do not alter an accepted order without your agreement.

PRE-ORDERS BEFORE MANUFACTURING

Products identified as pre-orders have not yet been manufactured and are not ready for immediate shipment. Pre-order payments help support our first production run.

Our current estimated dispatch windows are:

• BBQ sauces and BBQ rubs: mid-to-late January 2027.
• Dessert sauces: late February 2027.

These are dispatch estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Manufacturing and final product validation must be completed before shipment. Christmas delivery of food products is not promised.

If an estimate changes, we will contact affected customers with a revised estimate and offer cancellation and a refund for affected unshipped items. If we cannot fulfil an item, we will refund the amounts paid toward it.

PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS

Depending on the product and payment option selected, checkout may require full payment or a deposit. Deposits count toward the advertised product price and are not an additional fee.

The amount payable at checkout, remaining balance and balance-payment terms will be disclosed before you place your order. Any later charge to a saved payment method will follow the terms you accept at checkout. Products must be paid in full before their shipment.

COMPLETE MELTDOWN GIFT PACKS

Complete Mini Meltdown and Complete Meltdown gift packs include BBQ sauces, BBQ rubs and dessert sauces.

Under the split-payment option, the initial product payment covers the BBQ sauce and rub portion in full plus a deposit toward the dessert portion. The remaining dessert balance is payable when the dessert products are ready for dispatch, under the payment terms accepted at checkout.

BBQ sauces and rubs ship first. Dessert sauces ship separately later. Customers pay shipping for the first shipment. Sizzlin Meat’s Inc. covers standard shipping for the later dessert shipment included in these Complete packs.

Receiving the first shipment does not end cancellation eligibility for a dessert portion that remains eligible under our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.

PREORDER CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Our initial BBQ sauce, BBQ rub and dessert sauce preorders—including individual products and gift packs—may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund through January 4, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST, UTC−5), even if we commit to production earlier.

After that deadline, change-of-mind cancellations stop only once we have also committed the relevant batch to manufacturing and incurred production costs. Otherwise, unshipped products remain eligible for cancellation.

This deadline applies only when disclosed before purchase and confirmed with the order. Without that disclosure and confirmation, unshipped products remain cancellable for a full refund. Orders placed after the deadline require a new deadline disclosed before purchase.

Each portion of a gift pack follows its own disclosed cutoff and production commitment. Shipping the BBQ portion does not end cancellation eligibility for a dessert portion that remains eligible.

Eligible refunds include allocated payments, deposits, applicable taxes and shipping charges for shipments that will no longer occur. No separate cancellation or restocking fee applies.

If we change an advertised dispatch estimate, we will offer cancellation and a refund for affected unshipped products regardless of the cutoff. If we cannot supply a product, we will refund the payments allocated to it.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Available destinations, shipping services and charges are shown at checkout. Transit time begins after dispatch and is additional to the pre-order waiting period.

Please provide an accurate delivery address and contact us promptly if it needs correction. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after dispatch.

HOLIDAY ANNOUNCEMENT CARDS

Eligible holiday gift boxes include an announcement card mailed separately to the purchaser before Christmas. Individual bottles and jars do not include a card.

Mailing an announcement card does not count as shipping the food products and does not remove cancellation rights for unshipped products.

Please contact us if the announcement card and gift package require different delivery addresses.

FOOD INFORMATION AND ALLERGENS

Read the ingredient, allergen, storage and use instructions on the delivered product before consuming it. Do not rely solely on promotional images to assess ingredients or allergens.

If you have an allergy or dietary requirement, contact us before ordering. Do not consume a product you believe is unsafe. Report product concerns promptly, including your order number and lot or batch number where available.

ORDER INFORMATION AND ERRORS

Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information.

If we discover a material pricing, description or availability error affecting your order, we will contact you. We will not increase an accepted order’s price without your agreement. If the order cannot proceed, we will refund the amounts paid for the affected items.

USE OF OUR WEBSITE

Do not use this website for unlawful activity, fraudulent purchases, interference with its operation or unauthorized access to information.

Our branding, original artwork and website content may not be reproduced commercially without permission, except where permitted by law.

PRIVACY

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Our store is hosted by Shopify.

APPLICABLE LAW AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, subject to any mandatory protections that apply where you live.

Nothing in these terms or our other policies excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Updates to these terms apply to future purchases. Existing orders remain subject to the terms accepted when those orders were placed, unless you agree otherwise.
