The Meltdown — Pre-Sale Before Manufacturing
Preorders are open. These products have not yet been manufactured. Sizzlin Meat’s Inc. is accepting preorders ahead of its first production run. Pre-order revenue will help support manufacturing. A pre-order will not mean products are in stock or ready for immediate shipment.

Prices are full product prices in Canadian dollars, before applicable taxes and shipping.
Dessert Deposits
Dessert gift boxes: a $20 CAD deposit per box, credited toward the full price. Remaining balance before taxes and shipping: $49.99 CAD for the 250 mL box or $99.99 CAD for the 500 mL box.
Individual dessert sauces: a $5 CAD deposit per bottle in either 250 mL or 500 mL. This is credited toward that bottle’s full price, not added to it.
The standalone dessert deposit arrangements above apply to dessert products. The Complete gift packs use the separate split-payment arrangements below. Dessert deposits are collected at checkout when you select the deposit option. Deposits count toward the full product price.
Complete Meltdown Gift Packs — Split Payments and Shipping
- Complete Mini Meltdown — $209.99 CAD: 13 BBQ sauces in 250 mL bottles, seven 250 g BBQ rub jars including bonus UNC Dust, and eight 250 mL dessert bottles including bonus UNC’s Last Laugh. Initial product payment at checkout: $160.00 CAD, comprising $140.00 CAD for BBQ sauces and rubs plus a $20.00 CAD dessert deposit. Dessert balance: $49.99 CAD.
- Complete Meltdown — $349.99 CAD: 13 BBQ sauces in 500 mL bottles, seven 500 g BBQ rub jars including bonus UNC Dust, and eight 500 mL dessert bottles including bonus UNC’s Last Laugh. Initial product payment at checkout: $250.00 CAD, comprising $230.00 CAD for BBQ sauces and rubs plus a $20.00 CAD dessert deposit. Dessert balance: $99.99 CAD.
At checkout, each Complete pack appears as a BBQ sauce and rub portion paid in full, plus a separate dessert portion with a $20 CAD deposit. The two portions together total the advertised Complete pack price. Choosing pay in full pays both product portions at checkout.
Deposits count toward the advertised pack price. Applicable taxes are additional. One shipping charge for the complete pack is collected at checkout, calculated as if everything shipped together; we cover additional standard shipping costs caused by splitting the shipments. BBQ sauces and rubs ship first; dessert sauces ship separately later. For both Complete packs, Sizzlin Meat’s Inc. covers standard shipping for the later dessert shipment. Dessert balances are due when the dessert sauces are ready for dispatch.
Christmas Gift Announcement and Delivery Addresses
Your personalised gift announcement: The front features our original character wearing a Santa hat and holding UNC’s Last Laugh sauce. Inside, the card lists the products, sizes and quantities purchased for that gift, without prices or payment details. The pictured bottle is artwork; the personalised product list identifies what is included in the purchased gift.
Christmas card — gift boxes only: For purchases of BBQ sauce, BBQ rub or dessert sauce gift boxes, the announcement card will be sent separately to the purchaser before Christmas so they can give it to the gift recipient. Individual bottles and jars do not include a card. The actual gift box will ship later, after production.
Gift-package delivery: The package may be sent to the purchaser or to an alternative recipient address. Enter the purchaser’s card mailing address on the product page and the gift-package delivery address at checkout.
Estimated Dispatch
BBQ sauces and BBQ rubs: January 2027. Dessert sauces: February 2027. These are estimates for dispatch, not arrival. Products are pre-orders before manufacturing. If an estimate changes, we will contact affected customers and offer cancellation and refund of the unshipped items.
Manufacturing and Delivery
Manufacturing, bottling, labelling, safety validation and packaging will follow production arrangements. Estimated dispatch periods are displayed before purchase. We will communicate material delays.
Cancellations, Refunds and Shipping
Preorder cancellation cutoff
January 4, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST, UTC−5) for initial batches of BBQ sauces, BBQ rubs and dessert sauces, including individual products and gift packs. You may cancel the applicable unshipped products for a full refund through this deadline, even if we commit to production earlier. After the deadline, change-of-mind cancellations stop only once we have also committed the relevant batch to manufacturing and incurred production costs. Each portion follows its own production commitment, including desserts in Complete packs. Eligible dessert deposits are refundable. Mandatory consumer cancellation and refund rights remain protected. This is not a delivery date. See our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy. The cutoff must be disclosed before purchase and confirmed with the order; if not, unshipped products remain cancellable for a full refund. Orders placed after the cutoff require a new deadline disclosed before purchase.
For eligible cancellations, deposits and applicable taxes are refunded to the original payment method, together with shipping charges for shipments that will no longer take place. If we change an advertised dispatch estimate or cannot fulfil an item, we offer cancellation and a refund for affected unshipped products regardless of the cutoff. No separate cancellation or restocking fee applies.
Shipping and Pre-order Delivery

These are pre-orders before manufacturing, not in-stock products. Our estimated dispatch window for BBQ sauces and BBQ rubs is January 2027. Dessert sauces are estimated to dispatch in February 2027. These are dispatch estimates, not arrival dates. Manufacturing and final product validation must be completed before shipment. If an estimate changes, we will notify affected customers and offer cancellation and refund of unshipped items.
Complete Meltdown and Complete Mini Meltdown packs ship in two stages: BBQ sauces and rubs first, followed by dessert sauces later. Customers pay one shipping charge at checkout, calculated for the complete pack as if everything shipped together. Sizzlin Meat’s Inc. covers standard shipping for the later dessert shipment in both Complete packs.
Standalone bottles, jars and gift collections have the applicable shipping charge shown at checkout. There is no general free-shipping offer for orders over $75. Available carriers and services depend on the destination, parcel and service availability. Transit time starts after dispatch and is additional to the pre-order wait.
Our planned sales destinations are Canada and the United States. Orders are accepted only for destinations supported at checkout. Any applicable taxes, shipping and information about import charges will be disclosed before purchase. Cross-border delivery can take additional time for customs processing.
Christmas announcement cards are included with gift boxes only. The card is mailed separately to the purchaser before Christmas to give to the recipient. Food products ship after production; Christmas delivery of food products is not promised. An alternative delivery address for the gift package can be arranged before dispatch. Please contact us to record the card mailing address separately from the package delivery address.
